Servers are complex machines, requiring expert understanding. When a part goes wrong, a server can often continue to function, though only for a while and below capacity. As soon as we diagnose a problem, this warranty means that you can have peace of mind that the problem will be fixed, and within the time agreed; and, perhaps, before the server stops working entirely.
There are three levels of cover:
- Fixed next working day (normal business hours)
- Four hours to fix (normal business hours)
- Four hours to fix (24/7/365)
Cover is specific to each machine. So your customer-database can be on a server with the highest cover, while your print-and-file server waits a full working day for repair, for example. We have access to server-maintenance experts with a large stock of parts easily available to them for rapid repairs. Loan machines will be provided within the specified time-frame if longer is needed for any repair.
